Warmers.com Team Member Spotlight: Bailey

The importance of a properly brewed cup of coffee is not taken lightly by those of us familiar with the 9-5 routine. Bailey is no exception, known for making a bee-line to the coffee pot first thing each morning. With contagious laughter and coffee in hand, this eclectic firecracker has been employed at Grabber for almost a year. A self-proclaimed enthusiast and connoisseur of all things music and literature, she is a firm believer that you are not nearly as productive as you could be without some carefully selected music to provide the soundtrack for your day.

Serving as the main contact for Warmers.com customers, she works closely with Margeaux and the shipping department to ensure orders go out on time and trouble free. In describing a typical day, she says, “I answer all emails and telephone calls to make sure all customers are satisfied.” This includes keeping a close eye on available inventory, updating social media, and many other intricate details that go into maintaining a solid customer service foundation.

Bailey has grown fond of the fun and productive work environment at Grabber. She appreciates her laid-back coworkers. “I love the people I work with and also getting to interact with different and interesting customers on a daily basis. I never get bored at my job and I enjoy being able to make someone’s day.”
